Installation

Data Clean offers professional installation. Alternately, customers arrange for installation using in-house staff or third party contractors.

While generally complicated, containment system installation requires skills typically possessed by electricians or other mechanical tradespeople:

  1. Cutting metal at 90°, 45°, and possibly other angles
  2. Drilling metal and other hand tool skills
  3. Layout, measurement, and leveling
  4. Installation instructions are generic and not developed for specific designs - ability to follow layout details is essential

Generally, all containment installations follow the same set of tasks. The harder these tasks are because of higher ceiling height, mechanical obstructions or congestion, the more time-consuming the installation.

Hint: Temperature Measurements

For before and after comparative metrics, be sure to take temperature measurements before and after curtain installation.
